Portico Services planned and completed renovations to existing secure spaces with- in several U.S. embassies in compliance with State Department and security regulations. These projects required secure shipment of materials.
Portico Services installed new generators and associated systems that are the only source of power for a remote island airfield. Portico brought the generators online, connected them to existing systems, and provided new load-
bank, transformer, and generator testing systems.
Portico Services completed a fast-track design/ build total interior demolition and renovation of a 3,000 ft2 office. Portico installed cutting-edge components, including demountable walls, operable partitions with white board surfaces, glass marker boards, and extensive wiring for USB and audio/visual ports.
Portico Services replaced overhead open wire 13.2 kV circuits with underground circuits and removed and replaced 13.2 kV pad mounted load break switches throughout Pier Road, MACA Road, and Heavy Launch Road on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station.
Jade Creek renovated three office suites in downtown Washington, D.C., on an accelerated schedule. Jade Creek designed and completed the renovation, which included the reconfiguration of existing offices and conference rooms as well as new systems furniture. Our team managed the systems furniture design, procurement, and installation.
ACS has a MATOC for design-build projects at Aberdeen Proving Ground and satellite locations. Work includes construction, renovations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, fire suppression systems, alarm systems, communications, utilities, exterior grounds improvements, and environmental remediation.
Portico Services renovated a building at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Renovations included replacing walls and frames, relocating and expanding existing duct work, installing sensor systems, TAB and testing, redirecting wiring, balancing load requirements, and relocating and installing fixtures, and relocating, adjusting, and testing sprinkler heads.
ACS designed and built an ACP with the latest technology that reduced inspection time from six to seven min-utes per vehicle to two to three minutes. The ACP includes prefabricated buildings, inspection systems, CCTV, and active and passive barriers. ACS’ work is now the worldwide prototype.
