Mr. Morris has over 30 years’ experience in senior positions with industry leaders, responsible for engineering and construction, facilities maintenance, and logistics programs for DOE, DOD, NASA, and other federal agencies. His efforts have included program management, strategic planning, marketing, and client services. Mr. Morris provides the vision, direction, and oversight for the company’s operations, while maintaining Akima’s culture of integrity, quality, and excellence.
   


Mr. Melchior has over 25 years’ experience in operations, responsible for the execution of multibillion dollar facilities management and construction contracts, base operations, logistics, and other facility support for DOE, DOD, NASA, and commercial companies. His efforts have included developing strategy and financing approaches for energy development at federal facilities and enhanced use leasing, recruiting key personnel, and implementing four separate integrated software systems for program management. Mr. Melchior oversees operations and client services, ensuring quality and performance.
   


With nearly 30 years’ experience in government and commercial construction, logistics support, facilities management, and financial management services, Mr. Jenrich is responsible for ensuring Akima’s infrastructure and systems are properly aligned and staffed to effectively and efficiently support the subsidiary companies. Mr. Jenrich has overseen implementation of systems and the growth of key staff to ensure large business capability with small business agility.
   


Ms. Gross oversees all financial responsibilities for Akima and its subsidiaries. With over 20 years’ experience in accounting and financial analysis, Ms. Gross maintains DCAA compliance, oversees accounting and payroll, and provides critical information necessary to effectively manage risk. She is a key contributor to Akima’s financial stability, profitability, and bonding capacity.

Mia Gill, Vice President of Human Resources, ensures Akima’s projects, and those of the subsidiaries, are adequately staffed with appropriately experienced individuals, often within very short schedules.
