Juvy McCarthy is the president of Akima’s Technology Solutions and Products Group, a portfolio of companies providing IT products and services, as well as other specialized solutions to the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and federal civilian government customers.

 

Juvy joined the Akima portfolio of companies in 2004, bringing extensive experience in building government contracting networks and teams. Her talents and experience include developing and leading large service contracts that integrate Akima companies with best-in-class partners to provide clients with the best possible solution. Juvy has implemented complex projects for numerous government agencies and specializes in bringing together and managing multi-vendor teams. Since 1991, Juvy has started, nurtured and managed several successful IT solutions companies through all stages of company growth and maturation.

 

Juvy has a bachelor’s in political science from the University of the Philippines.
