Akima Facilities Operations chosen as subcontractor for DOE contract at Jefferson Lab

We’re thrilled to announce that Akima Facilities Operations will serve as the Integrated Facilities Operations and Maintenance subcontractor on the SURATech team recently selected by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) to manage and operate the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (Jefferson Lab).

Our team will help ensure that the Lab’s mission‑critical infrastructure continues to operate safely, reliably, and efficiently in support of its important scientific mission.
