Pinnacle provides a full range of domestic and international flight operations and training services for manned and unmanned aircraft. For manned aircraft, our certified instructors and simulator technicians support training for over 5,500 students each year. For unmanned aircraft we currently employ instructors and support personnel that provide training for over 2,500 students each year in nine different academic programs. Pinnacle provides a full range of logistics and total package fielding, including the development of interactive electronic technical manuals (IETMS) and logistics support analysis records (LSAR) based on specified MIL STDs. Pinnacle’s Integrated Product Support (IPS) team understands our customers’ missions and comprises multiple veteran aviation platform maintainers. We have provided technical data development, sustainment and logistics engineering, and analysis solutions to our customers since 2010. Our accomplishments include:

• 25,000 maintenance and 4,400 Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) data modules
• Over 20 sets of flight manuals consisting of operator’s manuals, checklists, and maintenance test flight manuals

Pinnacle provides training services supporting C4ISR including desktop trainers and simulator mod kits for SATCOM ARC-231 devices. Additionally, Pinnacle provides UAS information technology and network support for training the Shadow aircraft and training of radio communication procedures as well as configuration of system radios for flight operations and communications relay for both the Shadow and Gray Eagle aircraft.
